RAW WOOD PRODUCTS

Natural Raw Wood Products are susceptible to deforming when relocated.  Care should be used when preparing for shipping and acclimating when reaching its destination: Customer has the right to inspect all raw wood slab, plank either live edge and or dimensional before finalizing their purchasing of any such items. Upon customer leaving, the "purchased product" is out of the control of the Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln's ability to monitor the handling, transporting. storage and other aspects of the purchased products. Therefore, there are no returns of wood slab(s) and / or burl slab(s) wood purchases.   All sales are final..

Gift Cards and certificates are only redeemable for products and services.  NO CASH REFUNDS - .NO CASH VALUE

Epoxy products:

Keep the original shipping boxes in case you need to return a product.

SHIPPING

Epoxy ships its products Ground via common carriers and Fedex and UPS, sometimes minor damages or delivery issues may occur and are beyond our control. Therefore do not schedule your epoxy pour until you have received your order correctly and in usable condition. Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln will not be responsible for lost time or labor issues triggered by material shipment delays. 

Please check all orders carefully upon receipt for proper items. Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln will not be responsible for damages, replacements, or mis-shipments if not brought to our attention - prior to the starting of your project. Please allow us reasonable time to correct any packing or shipping problems. You must make sure that personnel are available to accept packages when delivered. Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln Epoxy will not and cannot be held responsible for weather-related damages or freezing to our products left outside if no personnel is available to receive them.

RETURNS

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original shipping boxes which display appropriate DOT shipping warnings and regulations.

Opened containers are not eligible for return. We accept only in stock items less a 10% restocking charge and less all freight charges both ways. Partial contents of kits and systems may not be returned since these are priced as a single unit. Shipments to outside of the United States may not be returned. Items received back to our warehouse damaged or non-saleable are not returnable so make sure to ensure and package properly when returning items. Returns must be made within 45 days of shipment to receive credit.

Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln will not accept returns for applications that are non code-compliant. Please review the MSDS on our web site or contact our office for technical data prior to purchasing to assure state, federal and local code compliance prior to purchase.

Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Call our office for an RMA number.  RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED. RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY VISIBLE ON EXTERIOR OF PACKAGE.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT FREIGHT/SHIPPING PREPAID TO Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln .

CANCELLED ORDERS

All orders even if unshipped that are cancelled on or after the following business day after an order is placed are subject to a 10% order cancellation fee.

DISPUTES

Disputes arising from the purchases from Epoxy products from Eagle River Sawmill & Kiln whether by phone or by internet or by walk in shall be adjudicated by a Alaska Court, USA. or by the Court having jurisdiction where the manufacturer is located.

SALE ITEMS:

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
